PRESS RELEASE

Packet Fusion Wins Zoom’s 2026 Most Valuable Partner Award – United States

Award recognizes 340% Zoom growth and Packet Fusion’s role in helping customers put Zoom’s AI-first platform to work

Zoom MVP of the United States Award 2026

PLEASANTON, CA, OCTOBER 22, 2026 — Zoom Communications, Inc. named Packet Fusion its 2026 Most Valuable Partner – United States for delivering continued customer value and advancing innovation. Zoom presented the award at Zoomtopia Partner Connect 2026.

Partner Connect is Zoom’s annual partner event. It shares Zoom’s vision with partners, helps them grow their Zoom practice, introduces program updates, and celebrates partner results from the past year. The award program recognizes partners that have built strong business strategies with Zoom and delivered standout sales and marketing results.

“Zoom is not just a channel-friendly organization; it is channel-first,” said Nick Tidd, Head of Global Channel GTM at Zoom. “Our partners are the cornerstone of our success, driving our shared growth and expanding our mutual reach as we innovate together to deliver meaningful value to our customers. We’re proud to recognize Packet Fusion as a 2026 Zoom Partner Award winner. Their commitment to helping customers modernize how they work reflects our shared vision of Zoom as a system of action for modern work, one that connects people, information, and workflows to turn conversation into completion.”

Growth across contact center, SLED and AI

Packet Fusion’s Zoom business grew more than 340% year over year as the company doubled the number of new Zoom customers and grew its contact center business 8x. With more than 25 years of experience selling to and supporting SLED, financial services, healthcare, mid-market, and enterprise customers, Packet Fusion also grew its state, local, and education (SLED) business by more than 200%. Wins included a 14,000-endpoint California community college district and several 500-agent contact centers where AI was the main selling point.

Helping Customers Turn On Zoom AI Safely

The award follows Zoomtopia 2026, where Zoom expanded its AI-first platform with a Unified Context Layer and AI agents that work together to turn conversations into completed work. Zoom reports that its Virtual Agent customer count has grown 256%, and that people using its AI tools say they complete tasks twice as fast.

As AI agents arrive across meetings, phone, and contact center, Packet Fusion is helping customers adopt them with the right controls in place, from AI settings and sensitivity labels to records retention. That work matters most in regulated industries such as public sector, healthcare, and financial services, where AI-generated notes and summaries fall under the same privacy and records rules as any other business record.

“Being named Zoom’s Most Valuable Partner in the United States is a proud moment for our entire team, and it belongs to our customers just as much as it belongs to us,” said Matt Pingatore, CEO of Packet Fusion. “Since we began partnering with Zoom in 2020, we’ve helped mid-market and enterprise organizations move from legacy on-premises phone and contact center systems to Zoom’s AI-first workplace platform. Our team stays with customers through evaluation, implementation, optimization and ultimately transformation, supporting every feature within the Zoom Workplace platform. This recognition shows that approach is working.”
